Creating Space

Sometimes you know something needs to change, but not what or how. In life coaching, we create space so things can move forward again. I’m your sounding board: together, we clarify what you want, what’s in the way, and what your next step is.

How It Works:

We’ll start with a free 20-minute discovery call to see if it’s a good fit. After that, sessions are online via video and last 50 minutes. Walk & Talk sessions are also available in North Vancouver, BC. Book one session or a package.

About Me.

Hi, I’m Kat. I’m from the Netherlands and have lived in Vancouver since 2016. I’ve reinvented my life more than once, so I know how unsettling and how freeing it can be. I trained as a life coach through an ICF-accredited program at Rhodes Wellness College. I’m also a ceramicist. My style is light, direct, and playful. Sometimes all you need is a good sounding board.
