Life Coaching
Your Pace. Your Process.
Sometimes you know something needs to change, but not what, or how. In life coaching, we talk it through. I’m your sounding board: together we get clear on what you want, what’s in the way, and what your next step is.
A Space To Land
Every session is shaped around what you bring in. Maybe you’re shifting careers, navigating a relationship change, working on your health, chasing a dream project, or simply feeling stuck. We might focus on boundaries, values, goals and new habits, or clarity in a decision.
Who This Is For
I’ve coached a wide range of people: creatives and artists turning their work into a business, people changing careers, new mothers finding their footing, and people stepping into retirement. What they had in common was a moment of change, and the wish to move through it with more clarity.
This might be right for you if:
• You’re in a time of change and want space to check in.
• You want to set goals and actually follow through.
• You’re facing a decision and can’t see the way forward.
• You’re exploring how you relate to yourself or others.
• You simply need a sounding board.
You don’t need to come in with a clear goal. Some people bring something specific they want to explore. Others arrive with a general sense of feeling stuck or unsettled.
How It Works
We’ll start with a free 20-minute discovery call to see if it feels like a good fit. After that, sessions are online by video and last 50 minutes.
Some people come for one session to work through something specific. Others come back regularly. You can book a single session, or ask me about packages.
Walk & Talk Sessions
If you're local to North Vancouver, Walk & Talk sessions are also available, held in one of our beautiful parks, beaches, or forest trails. Weather and schedule permitting. Just message me if you'd like to set one up.
"Coaching with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about getting real, with your patterns, your longings, your triggers, your timing. The parts you’re proud of, and the ones you’re still figuring out. You don’t need to have it all sorted to start. You just need a willingness to explore what’s true for you, what’s next, and what’s been getting in the way.”
