Art Coaching

Out of Your Head, Into Your Hands

Art coaching uses simple clay techniques to help you process emotions, explore transitions, and connect with yourself on a deeper, more physical level.

Why Clay?

There’s something grounding about working with clay. It slows you down. It gives your hands something to do while your thoughts settle and your body catches up. Clay doesn’t ask you to explain or get it right. It lets you express and release in a different way, especially when talking doesn’t quite cut it.

Clay also taps into parts of the brain that are connected to creativity, emotion, and instinct, not just thinking. That shift can calm the nervous system and open up space for insight, without needing to force it.

A Hands-on Way to Explore

Whether you're feeling stuck, in transition, or just looking for a fun, hands-on way to explore what’s alive for you, art coaching offers a grounded, creative space to reconnect with yourself.

Sessions combine simple clay work with prompts, journaling, and reflection, sometimes through conversation, sometimes in quiet. The 6-week course follows a guided arc with weekly themes. In 1:1 coaching, things unfold more intuitively, shaped by what you need most in the moment.

No clay experience needed. This isn’t about making perfect pieces, it’s about making space for yourself.

Art Coaching Options

  • A 6-Week Journey

This isn’t your average ceramics or coaching program. It’s a space to reconnect with yourself through clay, journaling, and reflection. Over six weeks, you’ll move through a guided emotional arc.

  • Art Coaching 1:1

Want to go deeper, one-on-one? These sessions are a blend of ceramics and life coaching: personal, intuitive, and shaped around what you need most. We follow what’s alive for you and ready to be felt, explored, or expressed.

  • Single-Session Themes

Sometimes a single session is all you need to land, feel, and explore what’s present. These sessions will center around themes like Self-Trust, Coping with Change, and Attachment & Relationship Styles, using clay as a way back to yourself.

"This is a hands-on approach that combines elements of art therapy and coaching. It’s not about making perfect pieces; it’s about making space for yourself."
